Residential appraisals for refinances have been keeping us busy the last month.  Typically July and August quiet down for us while everyone heads to the beach but not this year.  With rates as low as 4.54% it seems home owners are looking to lower their payments and the good thing is home values are stabilizing in a lot of areas.

Searching for a good real estate appraiser is tough but with our new web site address it’s quick and easy.
When Cornerstone Appraisals first launched online our csappraisals.net URL was the best Web site address at the time.
Today, however, we are updating our URL with an easy to remember name and the standard .com ending!
Now when you need an appraiser fast, just remember SanDiegoAppraisals.com!
