How do I receive the appraisal?

The appraisal is typically about 20 pages in length and includes exterior and interior photos, a sketch of the dwelling, a plat map, comparable photos and several pages of data about the subject property. The data is compiled in a special appraising software and is then digitally signed and converted to a PDF file. We then can either email the PDF file or upload it to the client.
